BE STRONG KIDS
Be Strong Kids
Be Strong Kids is an exciting and fun way to introduce health and fitness into your kid’s life! At Be Strong Kids, we create a safe environment where your child can be themselves, have a ton of fun, make some friends, and have a great experience with exercise and fitness.
Learn-Move-Play
Our kids’ classes are primarily game based, incorporating the skill of learning our movement of the day along with movements that translate directly into what kids do every day in play: running, jumping, climbing, throwing, pushing, and pulling. Classes will be 45 minutes in length and include a warmup, skill work, and WOD/Game Finisher that will be sure to leave them loving the idea of exercise
Class Overview
Be Strong owner and Head Coach Drew Whitted will be running one major group of classes: Kids (ages 5-10). Please note that it is not the age of your child that is the deciding factor for what class he or she attends. It is largely based upon individual skill, athleticism, maturity and is ultimately decided upon by the head coach to ensure your child is getting the most out of the Be Strong Kids experience. The age range is flexible in which the children can attend. As for the duration of classes, programming will be limited to 40-45 minutes per session.

FAQs
What should my child bring and wear?
Each child should have a water bottle labeled with his or her name and should come dressed in clothing appropriate for jumping, running, climbing, and being upside down.
Do I need to stay during my child’s training?
Yes for our Be Strong Kids class ONLY, it is preferred that a parent/or guardian stay on the premises at all times. If a rare occasion arises that this is not possible or that one parent will be dropping off a child and the other will be picking him/her up, please inform the coach.
Is it required that my child has a minimum level of fitness in order to participate?
There is no requirement on a minimum level of fitness in order to participate. We love working with beginners and our workouts are designed to be adaptable for all body shapes, sizes and ability levels. Our coaches have years of experience with working with beginners and are capable of scaling any workout to your child’s needs.
